(“Plaza Logistica”) and Bruchou & Funes de Rioja advised Banco Santander Argentina S.A., Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U., Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A. and PP Inversiones S.A. as placement agents (the “Placement Agents”), in the issuance of the Class 3 Notes for a nominal amount of US$21,786,372, denominated and payable in US dollars, at a fixed rate of 8.5%, maturing on 3 September 2027 (the ‘Notes’) under the Frequent Issuer Regime.
The Notes were listed on A3 Mercados S.A. (“A3 Mercados”), Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. (“BYMA”), and were rated AA(Arg) by FIX SCR S.A. Risk Rating Agency with a stable outlook.
