DZP has advised PGE Systemy S.A., a PGE Group company, in a procedure to award a contract to implement a billing and CRM system for PGE Group customers.
PGE Systemy signed a contract with the contractor selected in the tender – a consortium of A2 Customer Care Sp. z o.o. (consortium leader) and Atende S.A. (consortium member). This is one of the largest projects of its type in Europe and a strategic digital transformation project for the Group.
The subject-matter of the contract is the implementation of a comprehensive, central IT solution designed to support core business processes in the PGE Capital Group, carried out by the companies PGE Obrót S.A. and PGE Dystrybucja S.A., comprising two billing systems – one for each of the companies – and a CRM system for PGE Obrót. The new solution will replace the current billing and CRM systems for servicing PGE Group customers. The project is expected to be completed in 2025.
