Dr. Andreas Seling, MBL (39) joined DORDA's IT/IP team in 2010 and became a lawyer in 2014. He is a member of the DORDA Digital Industries Group and the Health & Life Science Group. Andreas Seling specialises in IP law, in particular unfair competition, trademark, design and patent law. He also covers the new media industry with clients from the technology sector, including social media, as a further area of focus. Andreas Seling is recognised in the market as an expert in international rankings, such as Chambers and The Legal 500. Andreas Seling is very active as an author in his fields of expertise and has most recently published in the "Praxishandbuch UWG" as well as in "IP in der Praxis", both edited by Axel Anderl. In addition, he lectures at Austrian universities and universities of applied sciences.

Mag. Philip Exenberger (34) joined the DORDA Arbitration Focused Practice team in 2011 and has been working as a lawyer since 2017. He is a member of the DORDA Digital Industries Group. Philip Exenberger is a specialist in international commercial and investment arbitration and other cross-border disputes. His focus is on particularly complex proceedings, especially those with a strong technical focus such as construction disputes. Philip Exenberger has many years of experience with extensive evidentiary proceedings; he not only represents clients before arbitral tribunal and state courts, but also advises on claims management prior to the commencement of arbitration or civil proceedings.
Philip Exenberger regularly lectures and publishes articles on his areas of expertise in national and international publications. He is a member of the Young Austrian Arbitration Practicioners and the Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats.
