DGKV acted as legal counsel and representative of PUNTO FA, S.L. (trading as MANGO, a Spanish clothing design and manufacturing company) defending an invalidation claim lodged by the Bulgarian company Atrium Bulgaria EOOD. The lawsuit went through three instance courts (including a reversal motion before the Supreme Court of Cassation of the Republic of Bulgaria) and was successful for PUNTO, as the Supreme Court of Cassation awarded in its favour.
The law firm’s team working on this project included Partner Angel Ganev and Senior Associate Elena Ivanova. They managed to protect PUNTO’s legal interests in the best possible way demonstrating thorough knowledge and persistency in court proceedings.
