Lima, Peru.- Dentons is pleased to announce that it has advised IXM Trading Perú S.A.C. on the securement of a series of credit facilities up to a maximum amount of US$ 350 million. The facilities will be granted by Natixis, a leading global financial institution, with the intervention of Banco de Crédito del Perú, acting as Local Fronting Bank and Custodian Agent.


The transaction, which closed on November 23, 2023, is a clear example of Dentons’ deep expertise in cross-border finance and its ability to deliver seamless legal counsel to clients worldwide. The team was led by Ignacio López de Romaña, Partner in Dentons’ Lima office, and Jacqueline Bell, Partner in Dentons’ London office.
