Our corporate and VC team oversaw the review and negotiation of all the documentation thereto.
Cemex Ventures B.V is an investor specialized in the construction market. This last investment is relevant for the growth, visibility and expansion of Obralink, due that it incorporates technological tools that will improve its development in the construction industry.
