Bernitsas Law advised Olympia Odos SA on the refinancing of its existing loans and advises on the financing for the construction of a 74.5km motorway extension between Patras and Pyrgos, with Alpha Bank, Eurobank and Piraeus Bank as Mandated Lead Arrangers and the European Investment Bank as Lender to the Project. The total value of the transaction is €822m.
Olympia Odos SA is the concessionaire of the Elefsina-Korinthos-Patra-Pyrgos-Tsakona project, the third largest toll road network in Greece and one of the most significant highways connecting the Peloponnese, Western Greece and Epirus with Athens.
