Bernitsas advised Norwegian Air Shuttle ASA, a leading Norwegian airline company listed on the Oslo stock exchange, in connection with its indirect acquisition of NLTG Hotels Greece SMPC and NLTG HH Greece SMSA, companies operating three major hotel complexes in Crete and Rhodes. The transaction forms part of the broader acquisition of Sweden-based Nordic Leisure Travel Group AB which includes concept hotels in Spain, Greece, Cyprus, Thailand and Turkey, for more than €700m. Completion of the transaction is subject to corporate and regulatory approvals, as well as other customary closing conditions.
