Bernitsas acted as Greek law counsel to CrediaBank in its capacity as bondholder agent, paying agent, lead arranger, original bondholder, account bank and issuing bank, in connection with the financing of the acquisition of the Kyma Portfolio and part of the Galene Portfolio by Davidson Kempner, by a common secured bond loan subscribed for in full by CrediaBank.
CrediaBank is the fifth largest bank in Greece in terms of total assets.
