On August 14, 2025, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A. issued Class XXIX Notes, simple, non-convertible into shares, unsecured, denominated, subscribed and payable in U.S. dollars in the Republic of Argentina. The issuance was carried out under the CNV’s Frequent Issuer Regime.
The Notes were issued for an aggregate principal amount of US$110,914,898, maturing on August 31, 2026. The Notes bear interest at a fixed nominal annual rate of 6.25%, payable semi-annually, except for the last period, which will be irregular and payable on the maturity date. The principal will be repaid in a single payment on the maturity date.
The Notes have been rated “ML A-1.ar” pursuant to Moody’s Local Argentina’s report dated August 11, 2025, and were authorized for listing and trading on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and A3 Mercados S.A.
Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A., in its capacity as issuer, also acted as arranger and placement agent.
