On December 27, 2024, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U. (“Banco Galicia”) issued its Class XX simple, non-convertible, unsecured notes, denominated, subscribed, and payable in Pesos, for a nominal value of AR$35,088,750,000 (thirty-five billion eighty-eight million seven hundred fifty thousand Pesos) (the “Class XX Notes” or the “Notes”). The issuance was carried out under the Frequent Issuer Regime of the CNV.

The Class XX Notes will mature on December 27, 2025, and accrue interest at a variable rate equivalent to the TAMAR Private Rate plus a 2.70% nominal annual margin. The principal will be repaid in a single installment on the maturity date.

The Class XX Notes were rated “ML A-1.ar” by Moody’s Local Argentina on December 18, 2024, and were authorized for listing and trading on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.

Banco Galicia acted as issuer, organizer, and placement agent, while Galicia Securities S.A.U. and Inviu S.A.U. acted as placement agents.
