On November 4, 2024, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U. (“Banco Galicia”) issued Class XVII Notes (the “Notes”), which are simple, non-convertible, unsecured obligations, denominated in U.S. Dollars, payable in cash abroad in U.S. Dollars, with a nominal amount of US$83,477,768. The issuance was carried out under CNV’s Frequent Issuer Regime, as part of the U.S.$1,000,000,000 Global Notes Program (or its equivalent in other currencies, units of measure, and/or value units).
The Notes, maturing on April 30, 2025, accrue interest at a fixed nominal annual rate of 2%. Interests and principal of the Notes will be paid in a single installment on the Maturity Date.
Additionally, the Notes were locally rated “A1+(arg)” by FIX SCR S.A. on October 31, 2024, and were authorized for listing and trading on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A. and Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A.
For the Class XVII Notes issuance, Banco Galicia, the issuer, acted as well as placement agent, while Galicia Securities S.A. and Inviu S.A.U. acted as placement agents.
