On August 30, 2024, Eskabe S.A. issued the Series II Notes (the “Notes”) under the PYME CNV Guaranteed Regime for a total nominal value of ARS 1,800,000,000.

 

The Series II Class I Notes (the “Class I”), which will mature on August 30, 2026, will accrue interest at a variable interest rate equivalent to the sum of the Private BADLAR Rate plus a Cut-Off Margin of 3.97% per annum. Interest will be payable quarterly. Additionally, the principal will be amortized in three structured payments as follows: (i) the first, equivalent to 33% of the nominal value, at 18 months; (ii) the second, equivalent to 33% of the nominal value, at 21 months; and (iii) the third payment, equivalent to the remaining 34% of the nominal value on the Maturity Date of Class I.

 

The Series II Notes were admitted for listing on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and authorized for trading on Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.

 

In this issuance, Eskabe S.A. acted as the issuer, while Banco Supervielle S.A., Banco CMF S.A., and Banco Hipotecario S.A. acted as organizers, placement agents, and guarantee entities. Industrial Valores S.A. acted as an organizer and placement agent, and Banco Industrial S.A. acted as a guarantee entity. All parties involved in the transaction turned to Beccar Varela’s team, led by Luciana Denegri, with the participation of Maria Victoria Pavani, Julián Alejandro Ojeda, Martina Puntillo, and Carlos Nicolás Saúl Lucero.·
