Drummond Woodsum attorneys Daniel Rose and Mark Broth have been inducted as American Bar Foundation (ABF) Fellows. Rose and Broth join The Fellows, which represent only one percent of lawyers licensed to practice in each jurisdiction, after being nominated by his peers and elected by the Board of the ABF.
Dan Rose is Drummond Woodsum’s Practice Group Leader for Labor and Employment. His practice focuses on the representation of private and public entities and Indian Tribes in employment and labor matters on a national level, including compliance with discrimination laws, wrongful discharge, wage/hour issues, workers' compensation discrimination, litigation and negotiations.
Mark Broth is a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Group. His practice focuses on the representation of private and public employers in all aspects of the employer-employee relationship. He frequently represents employers in discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, FLSA, whistleblower, wage claim and FMLA litigation. He is active in representing employers before government agencies, including the EEOC, New Hampshire Commission for Human Rights, and state and federal Departments of Labor.
