We are delighted to announce that we assisted The Sovereign Fund of Egypt (TSFE) in the joint acquisition with education management firm Egypt Education Platform (EEP) in acquiring an undisclosed majority stake in the educational publishing entity Selah El Telmeez (SET).
Such investment is part of TSFE's education investment strategy aimed at collaborating with market players to help expand and develop the Egyptian educational system.
