Thomas is a corporate generalist attorney with substantial transaction experience, in particular within the upstream oil and gas-, oil service-, industrial- and tech sectors. His broad M&A and corporate law practice includes corporate deals, asset transactions, fundraising processes and restructurings. He has been advising E&P companies on a range of issues, including a substantial number of license/asset transactions on the NCS. The last years, Thomas has also been advising tech companies in their growth and exit processes.
