Managing Partner of the firm and leader of the Leasing and Retail Groups, Scott represents landlords and tenants in the development and lease up of shopping centers, mixed use projects, and office space across the country. Although Scott focuses primarily on leasing, he counsels clients on a range of real estate and business transactions, and general business law. As Managing Partner, Scott oversees Ulmer’s strategic direction, day-to-day operations, and client relationships.
