Richard Dahlson

Career

Rick Dahlson's practice is transactional in nature and includes the representation of both purchasers and sellers in leveraged buy-outs, mergers and, acquisitions and recapitalizations, as well as the representation of entrepreneurs, investors, and investment funds (equity funds, hedge funds and venture funds), in financings. Rick has extensive international transaction experience, and his corporate practice is complemented by extensive experience in securities matters, including public offerings, private placements, and public reporting compliance. He has represented both companies and investment bankers in over 30 initial public offerings and over 40 PIPE transactions.
