Peter Riedweg is one of the best-known tax experts in Switzerland. He has vast experience in all areas of corporate tax law. Among his specialties are advising clients on tax neutral reorganizations, cross-border M&A, international relocations, and structuring of capital market, private equity, and financing transactions.

He further advises entrepreneurs on cross-border wealth and estate planning and tax structuring.

Peter Riedweg is a member of the tax expert group of EXPERTsuisse (Swiss Association of Swiss Accountants and Tax Experts). He regularly sits in expert groups on tax reform projects, such as the corporate tax reform 2020 (STAF).
