Partner in charge of the Labor practice area, member of the Civil and Commercial litigation team and of the Intellectual Property team.

Chair of the subsidiary Unimark (Intellectual Property division) and of Nassar Abogados Nicaragua. Led the firm’s expansion to other Central American jurisdictions in 2001.

Her expertise includes labor and civil litigation and is well known for her skills in negotiating complex labor cases and for her ability structuring and creating labor policies and guidelines for international companies with operations and interests in Central America.

Experienced negotiator in labor procedures, among them those at the Conciliation and Arbitration Center of the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
