Career

Luis Miguel Hincapie advises clients in corporate and trust matters, private interest foundations and contracts in general.

After leaving his post as Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs by the Republic of Panama (2014-2019) he returned to his previous responsibilities assisting our Uruguayan and Cypriote clientele, and overseeing our Belize office.

Luis Miguel Hincapie also leads the development of our business strategy in Asia region with a special interest in mainland China.

During his period as Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Panama, he was the person in charge of leading Panama´s defense at the international level in matters before the United Nations, the European Commission, the OECD, the FATF and bilaterally with more than 20 countries.
