Kirsten M. Castañeda

For over two decades, Kirsten M. Castañeda has worked with trial lawyers in federal and state courtrooms—before, during, and after trial—in addition to briefing and arguing state and federal appeals and original proceedings. Her work has helped shape the law in key areas, including premises and products liability, insurance defense, healthcare liability claims, oil and gas, class actions, the Texas Constitution, and federal preemption.
