Co-head of Real Estate Group in Dentons Prague Office. Jiří has over 20 years of experience, focusing on transactional real estate work. He has acted as lead counsel in major real estate acquisitions and disposals in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Germany, Bulgaria, Hungary and Russia. He is recognized as one of the top M&A Real Estate lawyers in the Czech Republic and also has strong record in real estate financing, development, asset management and leasing work. Jiří serves as a Co-managing Partner for the Czech Republic.
