Career

Jason has more than 25 years of experience in the intellectual property sector. His dominant area of practice is in the area of IP disputes and enforcement. He also advises on telecommunications laws and agreements, IT, software, database rights and privacy, Internet and domain name disputes.

Jason is a registered patent agent in Singapore. He is also an IP Adjudicator appointed by the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore, and a mediator for domain name disputes with the Singapore Mediation Centre.
