PhD in Law (2015) and degree in Law by the University of Valladolid (1995), Business Law Degree by the University of Linz (Austria), degree in Computer Law by the University UNED. Admitted in Madrid Bar sibnce 1996. Official Patent and Trademark attorney, and authorized representative acting before the European Patent Office (EPO) and the EUIPO in Alicante. Adjunct Professor of Mercantile Law at the University Carlos III of Madrid (2001-2005), and Professor of Civil Law and Intellectual Property nowadays at the University of Comillas (ICADE).
