Jerry Hathaway is a Labor & Employment lawyer substantially involved with representing private equity sponsors and funds in mergers & acquisitions, focusing on labor & employment due diligence, as well as oversight of HR issues within portfolio companies. Jerry also represents companies in resolving highly contentious disputes with both unions and litigating employees, including resolution of very high level, serious sexual harassment problems.
