He has advised the Government of Kenya, the East African Community and several local and international banks and financial institutions, lenders, corporates, individual clients and other entities seeking to provide or raise or structure various forms of finance. He also regularly advises banks and financial institutions, insurance companies and intermediaries, capital markets intermediaries, payment service providers on set up and regulatory advice.
