Diego is a recognized law professor and a key lecturer for the programs offered by the Chamber of Commerce (Bogotá) , and a partner of the firm since 2021. Specialized in labour law, social security law and collective labour law, he advises our clients and represents them, both judicially and administratively in front of the UGPP.

His wide experience in labour law litigation results in a high rate of efficiency, thanks to the conciliating processes achieve in the best interests for the client. He has played a major role during the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, advising our clients in alternatives to ensure employment in the best interests of the companies.
