Denise FitzPatrick was called to the Bar in 2000 and has over twenty years’ experience as a barrister practising criminal law. Recognised as a leading junior for criminal law on the Northern Circuit, she has extensive experience in prosecuting and defending a wide range of serious and complex criminal cases. Her practice in serious crime includes sexual offences, drug conspiracies, human trafficking, firearms, murder, and manslaughter. Her practice in financial crime includes high-value frauds, money laundering, and complex applications for confiscation.
