Hong Kong partner Davide Mencacci is a member of Milbank’s Leveraged Finance Group and has over two decades of experience advising finance providers and borrowers on some of their most high profile and complex finance transactions across Asia and Europe. His practice focuses on leveraged finance, structured and acquisition finance and cross-border restructuring transactions. Davide regularly advises both Asian and European banks, private equity providers, sponsors and borrowers across a variety of sectors, including real estate, technology, aqua/agriculture, manufacturing and life sciences, among others.
