David S. Wang is a corporate partner and the co-head of Paul Hastings’ mainland China offices.

Mr. Wang's practice focuses on cross-border acquisitions, private equity transactions and venture capital investments. He has deep experience in a wide range of cross-border corporate transactions advising investment funds, strategic investors and investment banks on public and private acquisitions, equity offerings, and other corporate transactions.

Mr. Wang’s experience includes transactions in Asia, Europe and the United States in the entertainment, healthcare, media, technology, telecommunications and real estate sectors.

He previously practiced in the Los Angeles and Hong Kong offices of Paul Hastings, and has practiced in Greater China since 2002.
