Career
David Mancini has more than 35 years of experience handling complex commercial, construction and government contract disputes arising out of construction, engineering, and supply contracts, across the U.S. and in many other nations. As lead trial lawyer, David’s exceptional skills have enabled him to successfully handle virtually every dimension of the disputes process. David also serves clients on all aspects of a project long before a dispute may arise, from project delivery advice, and contract drafting and negotiations, to working closely with clients during performance to help manage troubled projects. These proactive efforts focus on dispute avoidance, wherever possible, but also enhance litigation outcomes when litigation avoidance is not possible.
David’s specific project experience is too expansive to list, but notable market sectors include infrastructure, energy and power generation, petrochemical and industrial facilities, academic institutions, water and waste treatment, urban mixed use developments, tunneling and lock and dams.
