Christian specialises in international mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital markets, company law, and regulatory matters, i.a. FDI regulation and international trade.

Christian heads Kromann Reumert's Capital Markets and Foreign Direct Investments practice groups.

Christian has advised clients on several landmark capital markets- and M&A transactions in Denmark. He frequently advises Danish businesses on international acquisitions /transactions within e.g. telecommunications, IT, life science, and other industries.

In recent years, Christian has advised on a number of cases which have decisively influenced corporate and capital markets regulation in Denmark..

Career

Christian became a partner in 2002.

Professional Memberships

The ABA Section of International Law, IBA, AIJA and Honorary President of AIJA (President 2006-2007).

Publications

Co-author of a number of articles and books, including Køb og Salg af Virksomheder (Purchase and Sale of Businesses), 6th edition released in early 2019.
