Bouke Boersma

Practice Areas

Bouke is the head of Houthoff's New York office. He advises on Dutch and Dutch Caribbean law (including Curaçao, St Maarten, and Aruba). Bouke specialises in international arbitrations and corporate finance transactions. Bouke is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar and the New York State Bar. He is the co-head of the Dutch chapter of the New York State Bar's International Section.
