Aurélie Chazai is the Managing Partner of Chazai & Partners, a business law firm based in Douala (Cameroon), Port-Gentil (Gabon) and Paris (France). She is admitted to the Paris and Cameroon Bars. She mainly provided legal advices to national and multinational companies in Cameroon and throughout the CEMAC region. Throughout her career, Aurélie has been exposed to a wide variety of corporate transactions in Europe and Africa, especially in member countries of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law(OHADA) in Africa.
