Alonso Miranda is a Partner with more than 15 years of experience in advising investment banks, corporate issuers and the Republic of Peru in both local and international capital markets transactions. He is ranked by Chambers & Partners in Band 2 for Capital Markets. He was named for Best Lawyers as “Lawyer of Year 2020 – Capital Markets Law” in the publication’s 2020 Peru list.
Over the last years, he has represented clients in public and private securities offerings, both locally and internationally, for more than USD 20,000 million, including securities offerings pursuant to Rule 144-A and Regulation S of the U.S. Securities Act for more than USD 15,000 million.
