He has extensive experience in the asset management and investment funds sector; he regularly advises some of the leading asset managers, financial operators, investment companies and institutional investors - both Italian and international - in all legal and regulatory aspects connected to the set-up of alternative funds investing in the real estate, private equity, venture capital and other alternative asset classes.
