Career

Alessandro advises companies and high net-worth individuals on restructuring matters and efficient tax structures in line with Brazilian law and international treaties. He is experienced in corporate governance, estate and succession planning as well as tax, corporate and family law advice. He also counsels clients on the tax implications of M&A transactions and corporate financial reporting.

Alessandro is a member of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC), and an officer at Step Brazil and TEP.
