Press Release: Chambers expands leadership team with double hire as global push into data and intelligence gathers pace

20 October 2025

Chambers, the leading global legal rankings and insights intelligence company, has appointed two senior leaders to drive its global expansion in legal intelligence, data and analytics.

Tony Anello takes up the newly created role of US Managing Director, while Natalie Jakomis is appointed Chief Data Officer.

Tony Anello brings three decades of experience scaling global businesses, primarily in private equity-backed organisations. He joins from AI start-up Humancore, where he was Chief Revenue Officer, having previously held the same role at HR software business Modern Hire. Earlier in his career, Tony spent over a decade with CEB, now Gartner, rising to Executive Vice-President, Americas, and has also held senior business development roles with LexisNexis and Thomson Reuters.

Tony will be based in Chambers’ New York office and is expected to make several strategic hires in the coming months to support its expansion plans, including the launch of its first West Coast office. Alongside strengthening the firm’s existing relationships with law firms and general counsel, he will increase Chambers’ footprint across the US as the pre-eminent legal data, analytics and intelligence brand.

Tony says: “I’m excited to join a business with such a strong reputation, well-established relationships and a powerful market position. I have had previous positive experiences working with Chambers’ owner, Abry, and I am looking forward to continuing this relationship. Chambers has a solid strategic plan, an exceptional leadership team and significant potential to grow by delivering even deeper intelligence for the legal market.”

Natalie Jakomis joins Chambers from the UK’s number one property website, Rightmove, where she led its data capability as Director of Data and Analytics. She started her career at the Office for National Statistics over 20 years ago and has continued to specialise in data engineering, data science and analytics, including as Global Director of Data Science and Analytics for Coats PLC and as Chief Statistician for Welsh Water.

Natalie will spearhead Chambers’ evolution into a global intelligence provider, driving the development of innovative data products that enhance efficiency, strengthen effectiveness, and deliver measurable ROI for Chambers’ global law firm and in house counsel customers.

Natalie says: “What attracted me to Chambers is its clear understanding of the transformative power of data to drive growth, differentiation, and impact. The opportunity to lead this transformation, embedding a culture of data excellence and innovation, was irresistible. Coupled with the calibre of the leadership team and the chance to build something truly meaningful, this role represents a compelling next chapter in my career.”

Both roles will report into Chambers CEO Tim Noble.

Tim Noble says: “The creation of these new roles reflects Chambers’ continued evolution as a leading intelligence provider, shaping the global legal ecosystem.

“For Tony, the opportunity in the US – the world’s largest legal market – is significant, and he will build on our strong brand to deliver even greater insights that will drive real ROI for our clients. Natalie’s role reflects the central importance of data and data science in shaping innovative products that help our customers differentiate themselves and achieve real business returns.”

Drawing on interviews and surveys with over 330,000 buyers of legal services annually – a number that increases every year – Chambers consistently delivers the most trusted, comprehensive data, analytics and intelligence across all jurisdictions.
