Chambers USA 2027 Nationwide Section Update

The Chambers USA team does not contact referees for several of our Nationwide research sections.

Instead, the team considers referee feedback from all applicable state-based research gathered throughout the entire research cycle.

For example, our Nationwide Antitrust rankings are informed by client feedback gathered through our research for DC, New York, Texas, California and so on. We do not accept referees for the Nationwide section to ensure we are respecting the time those clients have already given to our research.

The only change for the USA 2027 Guide is the inclusion of the Litigation: General Commercial section on this list.
