Matthew Taylor

Matthew joined Chambers and Partners as People Director in May 2018. Previously, he was the Head of Human Resources for the Canadian High Commission for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, managing the People agenda in 80 Embassies and High Commissions for 2500 locally employed staff. Prior to that he was Senior Director, Human Resources at Sotheby's Europe for 14 years. 

Matthew has extensive experience in transformational change to support commercial growth and operational excellence. This has included organizational design, talent acquisition and management, employee mobility, employee engagement, employee relations, learning and management development, and pensions and benefits management and administration.
