Prior to joining Chambers, Carlos worked as a Student Ambassador, attracting international talent to study at Utrecht University. He has also worked as a Spanish/English Interpreter for a global interpreting and translation company. He has also published articles for Sexenio, a regional newspaper in Mexico and led the Student Society of his Bachelor’s programme, whilst also engaging in community support, governance and public administration projects in Puebla, Mexico. Carlos studied the Research Master’s programme in Urban and Economic Geography at Utrecht University and he completed a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations at Tec de Monterrey, Puebla, Mexico. Carlos is fluent in Spanish and English, and also speaks conversational French.
