Vian joined Chambers as a Research Analyst on the UK/USA team, before being promoted to Senior Research Analyst and then Research Manager on the USA team. His previous experience includes work in the banking and engineering sectors. He studied at the University of Birmingham, graduating with an Economics degree and a masters in Development Economics.
