José Roberto de Castro Neves

José Roberto de Castro Neves is a founding partner of FCDG Advogados. He holds a Ph.D. and LL.B. from UERJ and an LL.M. from the University of Cambridge. He is a Professor of Civil Law at PUC-Rio and FGV Direito Rio, a member of the Academia Brasileira de Letras, the author of an extensive body of legal and literary works, a frequent speaker in Brazil and abroad, and is widely recognized by leading national and international legal rankings, including Chambers and Partners, Legal 500, GAR 100, among others.
