Alejandra Wilchez Vargas

Alejandra is a Colombian-qualified lawyer with an LLM in Public International Law from the Queen Mary University of London. She has also completed post-graduate degrees in Human Rights Law and International Humanitarian Law in Colombia and in Immigration Law and Asylum in Spain. She has experience working on the promotion and protection of human rights. Recently she was an intern at Amera International, an NGO where she worked as a legal researcher and content editor for one of the organisation’s programmes.
