The firm has since then grown and established itself firmly in its field of specialisation. Main Areas of Practice:
The firm is active in all areas of intellectual property law, including copyrights, primarily in litigation. In cases relating to patents and utility models the firm also supports and represents its clients through opposition proceedings before the German and European Patent Offices as well as the Federal Patent Court (BPatG) and in nullity suits before the BPatG and Federal Supreme Court (BGH). Renowned companies, domestic and foreign, from practically all industrial sectors (including medical technology, genetic engineering, semi-conductor and computer technology, mechanical engineering) make up the firm’s clientele. Major proceedings, frequently on an international scale and with cross-border effect are taken on, especially with respect to SEPs/FRAND.Members of the firm are active as speakers at events at home and abroad and as authors in the relevant legal areas.
