• Advised on over 140 high profile player transfers, loans and new contracts in the Summer 2022 transfer window, including many of the most high-profile, high-value transactions across the Premier League and internationally in what was a record-breaking transfer window.
• Advised leading rightsholders, sports media agencies and sports broadcasters all over the world on the exploitation of media rights to the world’s most prestigious sports events.
• Advised FIBA, as well as FIBA Media (FIBA’s global joint venture with DAZN), in relation to a wide variety of production agreements and media rights agreements around the world.
• Acted for Interregional Sports Group Limited (“ISG”) on the acquisition of sports sponsorship agency Samson Sport Consultancy Limited (now named Interregional Sports Group Partnerships Limited).
• Negotiating a new studio record and catalogue exploitation contract with Capitol Records in the US for singer-songwriter, Morrissey.
• Advised on all aspects of the financing, development, production and exploitation of Ditto Films Limited’s current British feature production of “Warhol”.
• Advising on all aspects of the development and production of the Netflix commissioned 24 episode children’s animation series entitled “Bad Dinos”.
• Acting for media rights agency RDA Television LLP, defending c.€10 million claim brought by European Professional Club Rugby in the Commercial Court and subsequent appeal in Court of Appeal.
