Michael Moser is based in Hong Kong and continues to be acclaimed as one of the region's pre-eminent arbitrators of commercial disputes, offering experience of over 150 arbitrations in such areas as direct investment, M&A and technology licensing. He brings to his work a familiarity with the Chinese language and culture which is frequently identified as a particularly valuable asset of his practice.

Benjamin Hughes is an independent arbitrator who is particularly well known for his longstanding - and continuing - association with Korean matters, but has broadened his range since relocating to Singapore. He is now encountered handling arbitrations across the region, with connections to jurisdictions that include China, India, Malaysia and the Philippines.
