This section covers work undertaken in relation to international crimes including genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes. It includes both advisory and trial work before judicial bodies such as the International Criminal Court and the Kosovo Specialist Chambers. It does not include cases that are 'international' only in the sense of 'cross-border', or cases falling under the criminal law of foreign countries and otherwise unconnected with international crime. All ranked barristers are registered at the Bar of England and Wales.
