Ranking tables

Court of Protection: Health & Welfare | UK

UK-wide

These tables ranking lawyers and firms who handle proceedings brought in the Court of Protection concerning individuals who are considered to have lost the capacity to make their own decisions according to the Mental Capacity Act. Work may relate either to the management of an individual's property and financial affairs, or to their health and welfare, via those with Lasting Power of Attorney, Enduring Power of Attorney, or an individual appointed by the Court as a deputy. We also have a separate ranking table for firms that specialise in handling such proceedings on behalf of public sector bodies such as NHS Trusts and local authorities.
